1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Doremon Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the doremonlabs.com website and our professional services.

2. Services Provided

Doremon Labs provides technical solutions including but not limited to:

  • DevOps & Automation (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud).
  • AI & Software Development (Web/Mobile Apps, Microservices).
  • Consultancy for Emerging Tech (Metaverse, Smart Agriculture, 5G/6G).
  • Managed Services & Cost Optimization.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our proprietary software solutions are our proprietary property.

  • Client Work: Intellectual property rights for custom “Tailored Solutions” developed for clients will be governed by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed between Doremon Labs and the Client.
  • Site Content: Source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India and Canada. Doremon Labs and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India or Delhi, India (depending on the contracting entity) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

7. Corrections

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
